Orders posted outside of the UK are sent by Airmail, which can take 7/10 days to be delivered If your item does not arrive when you expect, please ensure that you check first with your local sorting office, as Royal Mail staff do not always leave a delivery card UNDELIVERED ORDERS If you have still not received your items within 14 working days of ordering, please contact us.. we reserve the right to charge the customer for any postage costs incurred in re-sending the order by the same service.
